Problems arose during the COVID-19 Pandemic, when outlets had to limit the capacity of the number of customers who shopped in order to implement health protocols and in an effort to break the chain of transmission. To solve this problem, the Business Owner wants to provide a feature for customers to be able to self-pickup orders at outlets. Customers only need to make transactions online without having to queue at the outlet, so customers only have to come to the outlet to pick up orders that have been prepared by the outlet by simply showing the pickup code.
I picked some sub problems that I think needed to be solved
1. In this pandemic the user tends to get scared to go shopping in a crowded place and maintaining the social distance is hard for the user and for the store at the same time.
2. If a user is in a hurry and they see a long line of people waiting to get their billed items they drop the idea of shopping itself.
3. Users are losing the shopping experience
The assumption about why the users must order by self pickup

3. The user losing the shopping experience
4. The user hates to see a line to bill the items they bought in the market
5. The payment can be done much faster
6. The user must look for safety when shopping in a store
